We met. We married. We made soap.
Did I miss anything?
We started making soap for completely selfish reasons: we love hand-made soap, we loft having soft, nourished skin, and, well, it's fun.
In our previous lives, Jena was a social worker, and John a photographer, spending our days balancing commutes and kids, and making soap after bedtime. We inched our way out of our day jobs and into a never-ending soap life and we couldn’t be happier.
What started as just selling extra bars from all my little soap experiments has become a full-blown family business. John whips up dreamy smelling batches of soap by the hundreds, and Jena is forever engineering some new soap-making technology. It’s the life we never knew we wanted, but somehow it’s a perfect fit.
